Ericka runs the firm’s operations, including scheduling and staffing client engagements, overseeing the contracting process, and managing our accounts receivable. Responsible for the systems that support the delivery of our client services, she also administers our vendor relationships, and assists in the general management of the business.

Prior to joining Consensus, Ericka was Associate Operations Director for Smythe Masterson & Judd, a prominent legal search firm in New York. Previously, she was an Executive Operations Coordinator at the New York Mortgage Company (now owned by Indymac), supported the Associate Dean and other administrators at New York University School of Continuing & Professional Studies' General Studies Program, and worked in corporate communications for Adecco Corporation.

Ericka studied philosophy at New York University, and is proficient in French.
