Releasing Hostages in Gaza Consensus created and implemented the strategy that led to the safe and peaceful release of kidnapped FoxNews journalists, Steve Centanni and Olaf Wiig, held hostage in Gaza. Negotiating a Pay Increase Consensus helped a division head at an international talent agency negotiate a 150% increase in salary and a greater performance-based compensation package. Negotiating a Lease Consensus negotiated the terms of long-term commercial lease on behalf of a regional medical services company.
