Consensus’ restorative justice workshops examine a unique and powerful approach to harm and wrongdoing that emphasizes victim empowerment, offender accountability, and community involvement.

Participants develop skills to identify restorative opportunities and options for programming, and analyze cases from a restorative perspective. They practice working with victims, offenders, and communities in a restorative approach, with a strong focus on a victim-centered orientation.

This workshop is intended for organizations and individuals which interact with victims of crime, harm, or violence.
