Consensus’ Communication Workshops are designed to foster collaboration, buy-in, and engagement - even in the face of difficult and potentially divisive situations. We anser the question, "How do I even bring up such a difficult topic?!"

Our hands-on communication workshops combine theory with practice, using a mixture of lectures, exercises, and customized client-specific case studies. The conceptual frameworks and models we use were developed at Harvard, MIT, Columbia, and other leading universities, as well as at Consensus. 

Together, they serve as a preparation tool and as a guide for resolving conflict in a constructive way. Participants walk away with concrete tools that they can use immediately to better manage interpersonal relationships in the workplace.
